ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :
This scene is part of the decorations created to illustrate the life of Christ. This plate belongs to the series that classically depicts the Nativity, the Crucifixion, and the Resurrection. Variations exist in the borders, as well as a polychrome series, to which an additional scene was added. This particular model, however, is part of one of the classic series, featuring a border decorated in the style of Du Paquier Viennese porcelain.
