Two turquoise glazed incense-holders figure of Budai.

Budai is represented in the same way on both figures, seated and smiling, a necklace in his right hand.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :

These objects, probably originally intended for the Chinese market, for altars, were later exported to Europe and adopted by Western taste.
