A large porcelain saucer dish depicting a boy holding a peony branch.

With a “Jue ” mark on the back.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :

The central medallion features a boy wearing a draped cloth amidst scrolling peony stems. With both hands, he holds a peony branch. The border is decorated with chrysanthemums and prunus blossoms on a washed blue ground.

This design is also known in Famille Verte enamels.
